Uganda Journalists Association (UJA) Dragged to Court Over Its Leadership Election.

The Uganda Journalists Association(UJA) has together with its top most leaders been dragged to the Civil Division of the High Court in Kampala over irregularities in the forthcoming elections. Tomorrow, President Museveni will install a new Chancellor of Muni University at a colourful ceremony which will take place at the University Campus in Arua City. The new and second Chancellor of Muni University is a favourite son of the soil and distinguished Church of Uganda Archbishop Emeritus, His Grace Henry Luke Orombi. According to the programme for the installation of the second Chancellor of Muni University, the 1st Chancellor, Dr Eric Tiyo Adriko, another distinguished and favourite son of the soil, will address the Congregation and hand over office peacefully to his successor. The ceremony will take place against the backdrop of the tragic and untimely death of the 1st Vice Chancellor of Muni University, the eminent, illustrious and renowned scholar, Professor Christine Dranzoa who passed on at Mulago Hospita

Who is Matua Job Richard; The Chief Petitioner in NSSF Scandals.

But who is Job Richard Matua? The president of uganda is expected to meet all journalist in uganda during a five days journalist presidential Symposium organised by State house and Uganda Journalist association. The symposium will take place from 6th – 11th feb 2023 at kyambogo University with a theme “Social economic transformation for journalists”. According to event organisers, the symposium is open to all journalist who will meet requirements, the requirements include :- participant name, media house, phone contact, Email address, UJA or media house ID, and National ID . The required information should be submitted to the email address on the art work according to the organisers of this event.
